We believe in transparency. Here's exactly what you need to know about your wellness plan commitment:
The MyPeterinarian Wellness Plan (“Plan”) is an annual rolling subscription that bundles preventive veterinary services for a single, named pet at a discounted package price. It is not an insurance policy and does not cover accidents, emergencies, specialist referral fees or third-party services. Membership and all benefits are personal to the enrolled pet and may not be transferred or shared.
Each Plan runs for twelve (12) consecutive months and automatically renews. We will email you at least 30 days before renewal with the upcoming fee and instructions to cancel. Fees can be paid monthly or annually (with a 5% discount). A late fee of 150 DKK is added if a payment is seven (7) days overdue.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period with a full refund if no benefits are used. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, which may involve a Value Reconciliation Fee. In case of a pet’s death, the plan can be cancelled immediately with no fee. You can opt-out of renewal at least 30 days before your anniversary date.
