Do you administer medication?
Yes, our team is veterinary medicine educated, trained and experienced to administer medication to your pet.
How long in advance do I need to book your services?
Pet Owners are recommended to book as far in advance as possible to enable My Peterinarian to secure the booking. This is especially true for School Holidays, Public Holidays, the month of December specifically Christmas Eve (24 December), Christmas Day (25 December), Second Christmas Day (26 December), New Year’s Eve (31 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January).
Do you provide pet care for exotic pets as well?
My Peterinarian cares for any domesticated animal(s) that can legally be owned in Denmark.
How do we exchange keys and information?
My Peterinarian will send an email with all necessary information including the contact details of the pet sitter. Agreement on key exchange and any other inquiries will be dealt with directly with My Peterinarian’s pet sitter.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booked reservation?
Yes you can but make sure to reschedule or cancel in advance so you are not charged a cancellation fee. Please check our Terms & Conditions’ Cancellation policy for further information.
